No! While EverBots has a powerful direct integration with GoHighLevel for seamless data syncing and workflow triggering, it's not required. You can easily use EverBots AI on any website using our embeddable web chat or voice orb widgets, or by forwarding your existing phone numbers to the AI.
How does the GoHighLevel integration work?
Our native GHL integration allows EverBots to automatically:
- - Create/update contacts in GHL based on bot conversations.
- - Add tags and notes to contact records.
- - Sync conversation transcripts to GHL.
- - Trigger GHL workflows (e.g., when an appointment is booked by the bot).

How does the AI usage pricing work?
Your monthly plan covers access to the platform and its features. The actual time the AI spends interacting (talking on the phone, processing chat messages) is billed per minute at $0.07. This allows you to only pay for what you (or your clients) use. You can then bill your clients for this usage at your own rate (e.g., $0.10/min, $0.15/min, or include a block of minutes in your packages) creating an additional profit center.

We've designed the platform to be intuitive. Basic setup involves connecting communication channels (phone numbers, FB/IG pages, website widget) and configuring the AI's goals and knowledge base. We provide documentation and support, and the "Agency Pro" plan includes priority support. For complex setups, consider our Done-For-You services mentioned in the section above.
What's the difference between the plans?
- **Solo Bot:** For single business use, includes AI features but no white-labeling or agency dashboard.
- **Agency Starter:** Adds white-labeling, agency dashboard, and allows up to 10 client subaccounts.
- **Agency Pro:** Includes everything in Starter, but with unlimited client subaccounts and priority support.
How does the affiliate program work?
It's simple! When you sign up for any EverBots plan, you automatically become an affiliate. You'll get a unique referral link. Share this link, and when someone signs up through it, you earn a 30% recurring commission on their monthly plan fee for as long as they remain a customer. If *they* then refer someone else, you earn an additional 5% commission on that second-tier referral! Non-customers can also sign up via our affiliate page.
